In the Advanced Training of Trainers, you'll deepen and broaden your facilitation skills. This workshops dives into issues of cross-cultural work, handling conflict and strong emotions, and will improve your ability to design workshops on the fly (emergent design). It's a rigorous 5-day training open only to people who've taken our introductory Training for Social Action Trainers.

A "super training" for social-action trainers

This 17-day super-training is our flagship workshop series, designed for experienced trainers who want to take their work to a new level of creativity, range and effectiveness, as well as new trainers who want to learn basic principles. The series is ideal for a trainer's sabbatical and is very popular with facilitators outside the North America. The schedule includes four consecutive workshops with a day's rest in between, sequenced for maximum growth for trainers and facilitators.
