The weekend is designed as an experiential package and requires full participation; partial attendance is not allowed. Building skills as a trainer raises important issues and emotions may surface during the workshop.
Some groups want to convince you of their ideology or strategy. We don't believe in being rigidly ideological, but believe in a democratic approach where everyone gets to participate in creating strategy. So our approach is to offer training to strengthen group members' strategizing skills -- critical thinking, creativity. So if you want to support your group to find flexible, participatory ways to create strategy breakthroughs, this workshop is for you!
