sociogram: an exercise in which participants arrange their bodies to show something about themselves or to stimulate a new awareness. For example, participants are asked to range themselves along a line that shows how long they've been active with a particular cause. See also "spectrum."

Molly McClure has designed and facilitated workshops around power, privilege, and oppression with a wide range of people and organizations, including teachers, activist groups, health and social service providers, foster care parents, youth, faith-based communities, college students, and LGBTQ organizers. She works with AWARE (Allies Working for Anti-Racist Education) and WAVE (Woman's Anti-Violence Education) and has been teaching sexuality education in public schools since moving to Philadelphia in spring of 2001.
