Amy SteffenAmy Steffen is an organizational development consultant committed to creating healthy and productive workplaces. She focuses her practice on organizational change, vision and mission creation, team-building, diversity, and leadership and skill development. For over ten years, she has worked extensively with women’s empowerment organizations, lesbian and gay activists, corporate diversity initiatives and youth leadership programs. Most recently, she has co-developed the Institute for Emerging Leaders with George Lakey.
